Role Summary

We seek skilled Data Annotators to remotely participate full-time in labeling and assessing data that powers advanced AI models. This position requires precise attention to detail and thoughtful application of labeling criteria to help enhance machine learning training datasets.

Key Duties

• Perform detailed annotations on data types such as text, images, audio, and video following exact labeling protocols.
• Critically assess AI-generated outputs for precision, relevance, and compliance with instructions.
• Detect ambiguous or complex cases within labeling guidelines and communicate these issues to supervisors.
• Ensure consistent annotation quality by maintaining high inter-annotator agreement levels.
• Offer organized feedback that informs future cycles of model training.
• Meet assigned daily and weekly productivity targets without sacrificing quality.

Candidate Profile

• Excellent comprehension skills and meticulousness.
• Ability to work systematically with structured instructions and maintain consistency.
• Strong command of written English with clear explanatory capabilities.
• Preferably holds a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical expertise.
• Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude is advantageous.
• Self-motivated and capable of managing workload independently in deadline-driven environments.

Compensation

Salary range between $55,000 and $95,000 USD equivalent annually, dependent on experience, credentials, and location, plus benefits.
