Data and AI Assistant Manager - Arabic Speaker

Overview

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager to join our AI Strategy & Governance practice. This role involves leading client projects focused on evaluating AI maturity, defining future capabilities, and creating scalable AI operating frameworks. The suitable candidate will excel in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and possess in-depth knowledge of AI governance, risks, and enterprise transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complete delivery of AI strategy and governance projects across various sectors.
• Perform AI maturity evaluations considering data, technology, talent, governance, and processes.
• Outline future AI maturity models aligned with business goals and value creation.
• Design and implement comprehensive enterprise AI operating models, including centralized, federated, and hybrid approaches.
• Create AI roadmaps with prioritized use cases, capability development plans, and investment strategies.
• Establish AI governance frameworks, including policies, standards, and controls.
• Provide guidance on responsible AI, model risk management, and compliance with regulations.
• Define AI lifecycle management procedures covering development, deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
• Assist in deploying AI risk and control systems aligned with international standards.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders such as C-suite executives, business leaders, IT, risk, and compliance teams.
• Conduct workshops to align AI vision, strategy, and operating model design among stakeholders.
• Translate intricate AI concepts into clear business insights and advice.
• Contribute to the development of AI strategy and governance methodologies, offerings, and thought leadership.
• Support business development through proposals, client presentations, and solution development.
• Mentor and coach junior team members.

Qualifications and Experience

• Native Arabic speaker with fluency in reading, writing, and speaking both Arabic and English.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Advanced degree such as an MBA is preferred.
• Between 5 and 10 years of consulting experience focusing on AI/analytics strategy, digital transformation, or technology advisory.
• Hands-on experience delivering AI strategy, operating model, or governance projects.
• Knowledgeable about AI/ML concepts, data ecosystems, and enterprise architectures.
• Background in Big 4 or top-tier consulting firms is advantageous.
• Familiarity with global AI regulations and standards, including the EU AI Act and model risk guidelines.
• Relevant certifications like PMP, CISM, or equivalent in AI, data, or risk management.
