Role Overview

As a Partner in People Data Analytics, you will convert HR data into meaningful insights to improve workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, talent management, employee experience, and overall business outcomes. This role involves combining advanced analytics, visualization tools, and workforce intelligence to create frameworks, dashboards, predictive insights, and reports that empower decision-making throughout the employee journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement tailored people analytics solutions addressing key workforce and organizational challenges.
  • Translate complex employee data into clear insights and actionable strategies for senior leadership and HR teams.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses covering headcount, attrition, recruitment, internal mobility, diversity and inclusion, organizational health, talent outcomes, and productivity metrics.
  • Support strategic workforce planning by employing scenario modeling, forecasting, predictive analytics, and investment evaluation.
  • Collaborate with Organization Development to evaluate organizational effectiveness, spans and layers, workforce structuring, restructuring, and transformation efforts.
  • Manage and enhance executive dashboards, people analytics reporting, and scalable scorecards utilizing Workday, Power BI, and other HR systems.
  • Improve data governance by enhancing data quality, standardizing definitions and reporting, ensuring privacy, security, and integrity across people data sources.
  • Drive continuous advancement by applying automation, AI-powered analytics, and sophisticated modeling to boost People Analytics maturity and impact.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Data Analytics.
  • Experience working with enterprise HR systems.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Degree in Economics, Data Science, Statistics, Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • Over 5 years in HR, People, or Workforce Analytics roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday platform.
  • Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving capability.
  • Proficiency in creating executive dashboards and management reporting.
  • Experience operating within a global, matrix organization.
  • Advanced abilities in Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Ability to clearly explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent consulting, written communication, and presentation skills.
