Data Analyst

About the Role

Located in Andheri West, Mumbai, this full-time position is targeted at professionals with 1–3 years of experience, preferably in the exhibition, events, or trade shows industry. The role primarily involves executing data research and email marketing activities to support business development for both domestic and international clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify the appropriate B2B contacts and decision-makers within companies through detailed research.
• Gather comprehensive information including names, job titles, phone numbers, emails, LinkedIn profiles, and company details.
• Extract relevant data from exhibition websites, exhibitor directories, trade show platforms, LinkedIn, and other online resources.
• Develop, verify, cleanse, and sustain accurate and up-to-date prospect databases.
• Coordinate B2B email marketing campaigns, including managing mailing lists and performing follow-ups.
• Scout for potential clients by researching exhibitors and upcoming trade shows.
• Maintain data records efficiently using Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM systems.
• Provide qualified leads and prospect lists to the sales team to drive sales processes.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of 1 to 3 years experience in data research, lead generation, contact research, or email marketing.
• Experience in the exhibition or trade show sector is preferred.
• Proficient in web research, Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, LinkedIn, and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Strong command of English communication, including email composition skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
