Role Overview

Located onsite in Hyderabad, the Data Analyst will be instrumental in driving the company’s strategic objectives by managing information processes, safeguarding data, and overseeing software applications. This position demands advanced data examination abilities, proficient problem-solving skills, and expertise with various analytical tools including MS Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and SQL. The role involves collaborating with diverse teams to enhance operational workflows, extract actionable insights from complex data sets, and aid strategic decision-making through detailed analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, organize, and interpret customer-related data in alignment with business needs.
• Comprehend client requirements and translate business operations into structured data frameworks.
• Create and maintain structured Excel models that incorporate customer-specific logic for accuracy and consistency.
• Develop macros to automate frequent validation and analysis tasks, boosting efficiency.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and clients to delineate data requirements and ensure technical solutions meet business expectations.
• Handle large datasets using Power BI to design interactive dashboards and reports tailored to client needs.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and security of data throughout project stages.
• Deliver findings and actionable recommendations through clear reports and presentations to support data-driven decision-making.

Educational and Professional Qualifications

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Data Science, Information Systems Management, Operations Research, Business Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• At least four years of professional experience as an MIS or Data Analyst, demonstrating proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and SQL.

Technical and Analytical Expertise

• Hands-on experience in business analytics or business intelligence fields.
• Strong knowledge of statistical and machine learning techniques such as clustering, factor analysis, logistic regression, data mining, and decision trees.
• Adept at manipulating and deriving meaningful conclusions from large and complex data sets.
• Comfortable conducting financial analysis and utilizing advanced Microsoft tools.

Soft Skills and Collaboration

• Highly inquisitive with excellent analytical skills aimed at evaluating processes and innovating effective solutions.
• Exceptional communication skills to clarify requirements, identify gaps, and educate teams on new or updated systems.
