Role Overview

As a Data Analyst at HUB24, you will collaborate across teams to create reports, dashboards, and insights that underpin informed business decisions, elevate data maturity, and strengthen data-driven initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct analyses to reveal trends, risks, and opportunities supporting strategic decision-making
• Design and develop dashboards and reports that deliver actionable business insights
• Utilize SQL, Python, and analytics tools to automate reporting and streamline workflows
• Engage with stakeholders to capture requirements and provide tailored data solutions
• Contribute to data quality, governance, and continuous improvement projects to boost analytics capabilities

Candidate Profile

• Experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting roles
• Proficiency in SQL; Python skills regarded as a strong advantage
• Aptitude for simplifying complex data into understandable insights and recommendations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills to build trusted relationships
• Detail-oriented, proactive with an analytical mindset and commitment to continuous enhancement
• Background in financial services, data consulting, or familiarity with Databricks or dbt is highly desirable
