Job Summary

The role involves gathering, scrutinizing, and interpreting business data to produce meaningful insights that aid decision-making for HR, recruitment, operations, and business growth teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze data from diverse business units to uncover trends and identify growth opportunities.
• Create consistent reports, dashboards, and presentations to back business decisions.
• Work closely with HR, recruitment, operations, and business development teams to understand and meet data needs.
• Ensure databases are precise and consistent to support trustworthy analysis.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights for management to improve performance.
• Support optimization of reporting and data analysis procedures to boost operational efficacy.
• Clearly communicate data results and suggestions to stakeholders to facilitate informed decisions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Between one and three years of experience in data analysis or a similar capacity.
• Excellent competency with Microsoft Excel and other data analysis applications.
• Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or comparable data visualization tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities applied to business data.
• Effective communication and presentation skills for conveying complex data insights clearly.
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
