Data Analyst

Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Data Analyst to transform raw datasets into actionable business insights, supporting decision-making processes across various departments including operations, product, and marketing. This position involves creating and updating dashboards, executing analytical queries, and proactively addressing business questions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to uncover trends and answer emerging business queries.
• Collaborate closely with multiple stakeholders to determine key metrics and reporting requirements.
• Author efficient SQL queries targeting data warehouses like Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
• Interpret complex data into clear, understandable narratives for stakeholders without technical backgrounds.
• Detect data quality issues and coordinate with engineering teams to implement solutions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of two years experience in data analysis or business analysis roles.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and familiarity with columnar data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
• Experience using at least one business intelligence platform such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Basic knowledge of Python or R for conducting data analysis is advantageous.
• Strong analytical mindset with an aptitude for converting data insights into strategic recommendations.
• Excellent written communication skills, able to clearly convey technical findings.
