Role Overview
We are seeking a driven and organized Data Analyst to manage and execute technology-centric government projects. This position entails close liaison with government officials, ensuring seamless delivery and maintaining professional relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand the technical and functional demands of current and upcoming State programs.
- Gain insight into the existing databases of various state applications, both in use and development.
- Examine data from central and state applications related to schools, teachers, and students, identifying alignment or discrepancies with initiatives like mid-day meals, attendance records, and teacher transfers.
- Collaborate with multiple Directorates to facilitate effective technical integrations between existing and new applications.
- Partner with the state's MIS team to derive statistical insights and analytics.
- Employ analytical tools to interpret program dashboards.
- Support the State in project integration, transition, and sustainability.
- Assist in the creation and execution of data-driven strategies aimed at improving student outcomes.
- Manage data systems by extracting, analyzing, and identifying trends and patterns within large datasets regularly.
Candidate Profile
- Educational qualifications: MBA, MCA, BE, or B.Tech.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Power BI, QuickSight, Looker, Tableau.
- Experience developing dashboards in multi-stakeholder environments.
- Experience in e-Governance projects is a plus.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant professional experience.
