Dark Store Manager

Overview

We are seeking a Dark Store Manager to oversee daily operations at our Riyadh service station, focusing on efficient receipt, dispatch, and warehouse management of goods. This role demands management of logistics processes and team leadership to ensure smooth and timely fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operational activities of the Riyadh service station including inventory receipt and dispatch.
• Coordinate cross-department collaboration to enhance order fulfilment efficiency.
• Lead and develop team members by creating work plans and improving overall performance.
• Supervise warehouse functions covering inventory control and loss prevention strategies.
• Identify and resolve operational challenges within logistics to maintain a smooth supply chain workflow.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Logistics Management or Retail Operations Management.
• At least three years of experience in logistics operations and retail store management with team leadership experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of logistics protocols and operational regulations with solid problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
• Proficient in English for workplace communication.
