Dance Teacher

About the Role

Kinderdance is seeking enthusiastic and energetic dance professionals to fill 30 vacant teaching positions, primarily for weekday evening shifts. We are dedicated to fostering confidence, creativity, and lifelong passion for movement among children ages 2 to 10 through a supportive and joyful learning environment.

Responsibilities

As a Kinderdance teacher, your role expands beyond mere instruction in dance. You will provide mentorship and motivation, creating a nurturing classroom environment where each young learner feels valued and encouraged. Your ability to build positive relationships and foster a love for dance and creative movement is essential. You'll manage classes confidently, demonstrate physical dance moves actively, and maintain an engaging atmosphere with professionalism and punctuality. You will also represent the Kinderdance brand with integrity and enthusiasm, following the internationally recognized Kinderdance curriculum and teaching methodologies.

Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate will have a background in Dance, Performing Arts, Physical Education, Early Childhood Education, or related fields. Experience teaching children in schools, preschools, or similar settings is preferred but not mandatory. Fresh candidates with excellent communication abilities, high energy, and passion for child education are welcome to apply.

Essential skills include classroom management, dance and creative movement expertise, child development understanding, effective communication and presentation skills, creativity in lesson delivery, teamwork, problem-solving, time management, adaptability, positivity, and professional conduct.

Additional Information

This position offers a monthly stipend between 10,000 and 21,000 INR. Teachers must be committed to creating an enjoyable, safe, and inspirational learning environment where children look forward to each session.
