Role Summary

We are seeking a Customs Specialist (m/f/d) for our Supply Chain Management customs department. This role offers the opportunity to engage with international goods flows and apply your expertise in an engaging, varied environment. Key Responsibilities

• Manage import and export customs processing tasks.
• Handle export control-related matters.
• Prepare customs declarations using the appropriate customs processing systems.
• Oversee preferential trade procedures.
• Assist in organizing and conducting customs audits.
• Support active manufacturing traffic handling.
• Participate in customs and foreign trade projects, including cross-location initiatives.
• Undertake special assignments as required.

Candidate Profile

• Completion of commercial training with a focus on customs and foreign trade, or equivalent qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in import, export, and customs procedures.
• Project planning, execution, and management experience.
• Proficiency with ATLAS, SAP, and SAP Global Trade Services (GTS).
• Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written.
• Strong customer and service orientation with a structured, independent, process-driven, and result-focused work style.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, analytical mindset, and quick learning capability.

This is a full-time, onsite position located in Singen, Baden-Württemberg, Germany. The role is part of the Operations/Production/Manufacturing department.
