About the Role
HextGen AI Medtech Private Limited is seeking a Customer Support Manager to lead a team of four members. This position entails overseeing on-field training sessions, managing customer communication, addressing queries, and ensuring an efficient customer support experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers through phone calls, chat conversations, and face-to-face field visits.
- Respond to customer inquiries and offer appropriate solutions systematically.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic demeanor during all customer interactions.
- Document and monitor customer issues using standard software tools.
- Refer complex problems to the relevant departments or personnel when necessary.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Proficient communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
- Good typing proficiency and working knowledge of common software applications such as Excel, Odoo, and ticketing systems.
- Previous experience in customer support is favorable but not mandatory.
- Ownership of a personal laptop is compulsory for this role.
Additional Information
The monthly salary range for this position is between 25,000 to 33,000 INR.
