Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive based in Gurugram to handle customer inquiries efficiently via multiple communication channels and contribute to maintaining exceptional service quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer queries through phone, email, and chat platforms.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Deliver empathetic service to maintain and enhance Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Ensure issues are closed within agreed timelines to uphold customer satisfaction.
Eligibility and Qualifications
Applicants must have completed at least a graduate degree to be considered for this position.
Compensation and Benefits
The role offers a salary ranging from 240,000 to 300,000 INR annually along with Provident Fund benefits.
