Job Overview
We are hiring for a Customer Support Executive role in a premier UK Insurance Captive Unit located in Gurgaon. This position involves handling international voice support tasks focused on UK clients and requires candidates to be ready for immediate joining.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Undergraduate or Graduate level education
- Voice process experience of at least 1 year is mandatory
- Clean employment record and valid UAN (Universal Account Number) required
- Proficient English communication skills
- Basic computer literacy
Compensation and Benefits
- In-hand salary of ₹31,700
- Performance-based incentives can reach up to ₹50,000 monthly
