Starkmind Data Systems Private Limited is seeking a Customer Support Executive fluent in Telugu for a domestic voice process located in Madhapur, Hyderabad. This role involves handling customer calls in Telugu, offering professional responses and ensuring a quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound customer calls in Telugu and address their queries efficiently and courteously.
• Provide precise and clear information regarding company products, services, and operational procedures.
• Quickly resolve customer issues or escalate them to the relevant departments when necessary.
• Keep accurate documentation of customer interactions and any subsequent follow-ups.
• Achieve designated targets related to service quality while ensuring a positive customer interaction.

Requirements

• Must be fluent in spoken Telugu.
• Strong communication and active listening abilities complemented by effective problem-solving skills.
• Basic proficiency with computers.
• Maintain patience and professionalism when interacting with customers.
• Minimum educational qualification: Completion of 10th grade.

Additional Information

• Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Day Shift).
• Weekly Off: One day per week.
• Salary Range: ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 per month.
