About the Role
Join Skillroom India Pvt. Ltd. as a Customer Support Executive specializing in outbound sales. The position is located in Turbhe, Navi Mumbai, directly opposite Turbhe Railway Station, offering a day shift from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, six days a week. The salary is up to ₹18,500 per month.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to create sales opportunities.
- Clearly communicate product and service information while addressing customer queries.
- Persistently follow up with customers to meet assigned sales targets.
- Keep precise records of customer communications and subsequent follow-ups.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Completion of 12th grade or equivalent intermediate education.
- At least six months of experience in sales, outbound calling, or collections.
- Effective communication and persuasive abilities.
- A strong orientation towards achieving targets.
