About the Role
Magnum Environment Management Private Limited is seeking motivated customer-oriented individuals for the position of Customer Support Executive and Chat Support Executive. This role involves addressing customer inquiries across multiple communication channels while ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer questions and concerns through phone calls, chat, or email.
- Deliver accurate information and solutions to customer issues.
- Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor at all times.
- Document customer interactions systematically within company systems.
- Adhere strictly to company policies and quality standards.
Available Processes
- Voice Processes including inbound and outbound calls.
- Non-voice support such as chat or email communications.
- Blended processes combining voice and non-voice tasks.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary ranging from ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 depending on experience and process assigned.
- Opportunities for performance-based incentives.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be aged between 18 and 35 years.
- Minimum educational qualification is completion of 12th grade or graduation.
- Good communication abilities are essential.
