Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum qualification of PUC or any graduate degree.
• At least 6 months of experience in an international chat support role is mandatory.
• Proven expertise in written and verbal English communication.
• Achieved Versant Level 6 or equivalent proficiency in English.
• Comfortable with working in a rotational 24/7 shift environment.
• Strong typing skills and a good problem-solving mindset.
• Age between 18 and 34 years.

Work Schedule and Conditions

• Work from office location in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
• Five working days per week with two rotational days off.
• Shifts covered on a 24/7 rotational basis.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging up to INR 34,000.
• Two-way cab transportation facility provided.
