Job description
Role Overview
As a Customer Support Executive at CircleChess India based in Bengaluru, you will engage directly with families to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and continuous assistance throughout their interaction with our platform. Your responsibilities include guiding new families through our platform's features such as class schedules, assignments, recordings, and support systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate onboarding of new families by explaining platform processes and resources clearly.
- Manage batch setups by assigning coaches and ensuring seamless subscription activations.
- Respond to parent inquiries promptly via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Handle escalated issues with composure, taking ownership until resolution.
- Conduct routine feedback and check-in calls to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with coaching, technology, and sales departments to address and resolve systemic issues.
Qualifications and Skills
- Prior experience in customer support or operations is welcomed; however, fresh candidates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Fluent and articulate communication in English, both spoken and written.
- Patience and confidence when dealing with parents, even during challenging discussions.
- Proactive, well-organized, and enjoys problem-solving.
- Comfortable navigating digital platforms and customer support tools.
- Additional advantage for candidates fluent in Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, or Telugu, or with a keen interest in chess.

Compensation
