Job Responsibilities

• Address customer inquiries received via phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages.
• Provide customers with updates regarding shipment tracking and delivery status.
• Communicate effectively with courier partners to resolve pickup, delivery, and proof of delivery (POD) issues.
• Manage customer complaints by ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.
• Generate daily Management Information System (MIS) reports and keep shipment documentation up-to-date using MS Excel.
• Handle professional email correspondence in response to customer requests.
• Collaborate with Operations, Accounts, and Sales departments to streamline processes.
• Monitor delayed shipments and proactively follow up to maintain customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum education: Completion of 12th grade or a Graduate degree.
• Proficient communication skills in both Hindi and English.
• Basic proficiency with MS Excel, email handling, and general computer operations.
• Strong abilities in follow-up, coordination, and solving problems efficiently.
• Candidates with prior experience in the Logistics or Courier industry will be preferred.

Compensation and Employment Details

• Monthly salary range between ₹18,000 and ₹22,000, based on experience and skill set.
• Opportunities for salary advancement are contingent upon performance evaluations.
• Full-time employment with a requirement to work from the office location.

Work Location

The position is based at Deccan Dart Express, U Block, DLF Phase 3, Gurugram, Haryana.
