Role Overview
We are urgently hiring Customer Support Executives for multiple profiles including Tata CLiQ voice process, Airline Process, and SBI Renewal support. Each profile demands a commitment to exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Profile 1: Tata CLiQ Customer Support (Voice Process)
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally to resolve queries.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain high service quality.
Shift: Day rotational; Week Off: Rotational.
Qualifications: HSC or Graduate; BPO experience preferred.
Language: Strong communication abilities required.
Salary: For experienced candidates ₹20,000 in-hand monthly; for freshers ₹18,000 in-hand monthly.
Location: Navi Mumbai.
Other Requirement: Candidates must belong to the V4 category.
Profile 2: Customer Support Executive – Airline Process
- Provide assistance to customers via calls, chats, and emails regarding airline services.
- Handle inbound and outbound communication professionally.
- Offer accurate information about flight bookings, schedules, and policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Perform back-office tasks such as documentation and follow-ups.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout interactions.
Shift Timings: Male candidates work rotational shifts (24x7), female candidates work day shifts (any 9 hours up to 8 PM).
Weekly Off: One rotational day off.
Experience: Minimum of 6 months in customer service.
Salary: ₹28,500 CTC; ₹24,000 in-hand monthly.
Location: Turbhe (Navi Mumbai).
Profile 3: SBI Renewal – Customer Service Executive (Non-Sales)
- Support SBI customers in policy renewals.
- Respond to queries to provide customer support, excluding sales-related tasks.
Shift: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
Working Days: Six days per week with one rotational off.
Qualifications: HSC or Graduate.
Communication: Good command of language required.
Salary: ₹14,500 in-hand monthly.
Location: Navi Mumbai.
