Customer Support Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated CRM Support Executive / Telecaller to manage customer interactions, CRM operations, and follow-up processes efficiently.

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct inbound and outbound calls related to RO service, installation, rentals, and complaint resolution.
• Engage in proactive follow-up with customers concerning service requests, payment collections, contract renewals, and unresolved matters.
• Update and maintain customer information, call logs, complaints, and follow-up statuses within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with RO technicians and the administrative team to ensure prompt service delivery.
• Address customer inquiries professionally and share fundamental details about company offerings.
• Produce daily reports detailing call activity and follow-up actions.
• Notify customers regarding AMC/service milestones and rental contract renewals.
• Ensure effective communication fostering customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

• Proficient communication skills in Hindi; basic command of English is favorable.
• Fundamental computer skills and competence in CRM software usage.
• Excellent telephone manners and customer interaction abilities.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain records and perform regular follow-ups.
• Open to freshers; prior experience in telecalling, CRM functions, customer support, or RO/water purifier services is advantageous.
• Attributes such as responsibility, politeness, punctuality, and goal orientation are essential.

Additional Details

This is a full-time position within the Customer Support / CRM department. The role operates from the office location in Raipur, Chattisgarh.

Salary: INR 10,000 to 14,000 per month.
