About the Role
We are seeking a Telecalling Executive to join our team in Salt Lake, Kolkata. This role involves engaging with potential customers by telephonic outreach, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable products in a professional manner. Both fresh graduates and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming leads and assess customer requirements to suggest appropriate products.
- Guide prospects through product features, address objections, and achieve successful sales closures.
- Maintain timely follow-ups, update the CRM system, and handle renewals, upgrades, and cross-selling opportunities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in EdTech, FinTech, or telesales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficient communication skills in English and Hindi are essential.
- Knowledge of Bengali is an advantage but optional.

Salary & Benefits
Compensation will vary based on experience:
- Freshers: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month.
- Experienced candidates: ₹15,000 to ₹35,000 per month.
