About the Role
OneDios Services Private Limited is seeking Customer Support Executives to join their team at their Bengaluru location (Jayanagar 3rd Block). This full-time position requires handling inbound calls and assisting customers with their inquiries. Both freshers and experienced candidates proficient in Hindi/English and any regional language are encouraged to apply. Training will be offered for required tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound customer calls and deliver timely, courteous support.
- Resolve customers' questions, complaints, and service requests effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address and resolve issues.
- Strive to ensure excellent customer satisfaction throughout all interactions.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Open to freshers and candidates with experience.
- Fluency in Hindi, English, and at least one regional language (oral and written).
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic familiarity with MS Office and CRM platforms; training to be provided.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-moving work environment.
Preferred Skills
- Prior customer support experience is desirable but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of customer service applications such as Zendesk or Freshdesk is considered a plus.
Compensation
Salary ranges between 15,000 to 20,000 INR monthly, aligned with industry standards.
