Key Responsibilities

• Conduct professional and effective communication with international customers, mainly from the U.K. and Australia.
• Understand and address customer requirements by offering appropriate assistance and solutions.
• Maintain exemplary communication standards, uphold service quality, and ensure efficient operations.
• Adapt to flexible working hours, including shifts that span from 9:00 AM to midnight.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong command of verbal English and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Confidence and aptitude for managing international customer interactions.
• Customer-centric and professional demeanor.
• Flexibility in working shifts between 9 AM and 12 AM.
• Open to fresh graduates and experienced individuals with solid communication capabilities.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range from ₹38,000 to ₹45,000 per month (CTC).
