• Manage incoming calls and initiate outbound calls directed at customers.
• Address queries concerning orders, deliveries, payments, and general support.
• Ensure top-quality customer service experience.
• Maintain high call standards and promote customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria

• Educational background: Minimum 12th pass or any graduate discipline.
• Proficient communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Open to freshers with good English fluency; candidates with experience are preferred.
• Age range between 18 and 35 years.
• Willingness to work flexible rotational shifts.

Additional Information

• Salary package: Up to Rs. 20,000 net take-home.
• Weekly schedule: 6 working days with 1 rotational day off.
• One-way transportation service provided for late hours with over 40 drop points throughout Kolkata.
