Job Overview
We are seeking a Customer Support Engineer who will provide technical assistance related to CCTV surveillance systems, Audio-Visual equipment, fundamental electrical operations, and computer networking setups. The role involves troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and repair tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver technical support for CCTV and AV equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
- Install and configure surveillance systems along with Audio-Visual hardware.
- Conduct routine maintenance and timely repairs of electrical systems and networking infrastructure.
- Identify and resolve technical issues affecting system performance.
- Ensure continuous and reliable operation of all managed systems.
Job Requirements
- Proficient in diagnosing and troubleshooting CCTV, AV equipment, basic electrical circuits, and networking hardware.
- Skilled in maintenance procedures to prevent system downtime.
- Knowledge of installation processes for surveillance and audiovisual systems.
