Job description

About the Role

Join a leading Australian automotive tech company as a full-time Customer Support Coordinator based in Broadbeach, Queensland. You will work Monday to Friday from 8am to 4:30pm within a collaborative call centre environment. Your focus will be to deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring an excellent experience while facilitating efficient customer journeys and supporting account growth. You will handle inbound and outbound communications, manage disputes and refunds, oversee supplier review moderation, assist Account Managers with member account reviews, and identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities for AutoGuru's automotive products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create exceptional customer experiences by exceeding expectations on every interaction.
  • Support smooth customer journeys and boost member satisfaction and account expansion.
  • Manage dispute resolutions and refund processing promptly and accurately.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls skillfully, aiming for talk time efficiency and timely booking responses.
  • Moderate supplier feedback to resolve negative reviews effectively.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers on inbound lead qualification and direction.
  • Spot prospects for increasing sales via cross-selling and upselling automotive offerings.

Candidate Profile

  • Self-driven with strong initiative, excellent sales and customer service capabilities, adept at objection handling and complaint resolution.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain seamless customer communications and teamwork in a fast-moving setting.
  • Detail-oriented and efficient, with ability to adapt to dynamic call centre demands.
  • Proficient with software troubleshooting and navigation, experienced with Microsoft or Google Suite.
  • Previous automotive industry exposure or passionate car enthusiast understanding vehicle mechanics.
  • Maintain a positive attitude under pressure, manage time effectively, and be reliably punctual.
