About the Role
You will join a friendly, supportive Customer Service team at King Living's Design & Support Centre in Sydney, where you will be the welcoming voice for one of Australia's most cherished furniture brands. Experience in furniture is not necessary; what matters most is your ability to connect with people and provide excellent support.
Key Responsibilities & Expectations
- Deliver warm, clear, and confident communication to customers.
- Maintain a calm and positive demeanor, even in challenging situations.
- Be genuinely motivated to assist customers and ensure their concerns are fully resolved.
- Quickly adapt to new tools and systems to help enhance customer service delivery.
