Customer Support Associate – International Chat Process

About the Role

We are looking for dedicated Customer Support Associates to join our International Chat Process team at Bridgestone, located in Bengaluru. This is a work-from-office position requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills to effectively handle international customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate support to international clients via chat
• Leverage strong problem-solving abilities to address and resolve customer inquiries effectively
• Maintain high levels of customer service with clear, written communication
• Work cooperatively in a dynamic team environment handling 24/7 rotational shifts

Essential Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum educational qualification of PUC or any graduate degree
• At least 6 months of experience in an international chat support setting
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Versant score of Level 6 or higher
• Strong logical reasoning and analytical thinking capabilities

Work Schedule & Environment

• Five working days per week with two rotational off days
• 24/7 shift rotations requiring flexibility and adaptability
• Position requires working onsite at the Bengaluru office

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary up to ₹34,000
• Provision of two-way cab transportation to and from the workplace
