Key Open Positions and Eligibility
- Premium International Banking & Cards Voice (Mumbai - Malad/Thane): Package up to ₹7.5 LPA. Eligible candidates include fresh graduates (non-technical) or HSC (12th pass) with at least 18 months of international voice experience.
- International E-Commerce / Tech Support & Upselling (Jaipur / Gurugram): Up to ₹34,000 CTC per month. Suitable for graduates (freshers welcome) or undergraduates with minimum 6 months customer service or sales experience.
- Auto Claims & Insurance Bodyshop Advisor (Pune): Compensation aligned with industry standards based on experience. Requires graduate or diploma holders with 1 to 4 years experience in auto claims, insurance processing, or damage assessment.
- International Money Transfer & Financial Support (Mumbai / Navi Mumbai): Up to ₹41,000 in-hand per month. Candidates must have minimum 12th pass with 1 to 3 years international voice/chat experience; knowledge of AML/KYC is advantageous.
- Domestic Banking & Financial Services Support (Gurugram / Mumbai / Pan-India): Package up to ₹32,000 CTC monthly. Open to fresh graduates or 12th pass candidates with relevant customer support experience.
Candidate Requirements and Skills
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills (preferably at C1 level or SVAR 70+ for international voice roles).
- Willingness to work in flexible rotational shifts, including US time zones and 24x7 schedules where applicable.
