Customer Support Associate

Overview

Randstad is seeking dedicated Customer Support Associates and Senior Associates for full-time roles based in Hyderabad and Chennai. These positions require working entirely from office premises, with multiple vacancies available.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer assistance through multiple channels, including voice calls, emails, live chat, and social media platforms.
• Effectively address and resolve customer inquiries and issues to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to specified service level agreements (SLAs), meet productivity benchmarks, and maintain quality standards within the contact center.
• Follow protocols related to data privacy, confidentiality, and compliance requirements.
• Engage proactively in training programs, coaching, and continuous skill development activities.
• Maintain punctuality and schedule adherence while fostering a positive work environment within the team.

Candidate Requirements

• Formal graduation (undergraduate or postgraduate) in fields such as Arts, Science, Commerce, Engineering, Pharmacy, MBA, or MCA.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical abilities coupled with proficient typing skills.
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
• Residency within 25 kilometers of the company’s office location is mandatory.
• Fresh graduates from the 2025 batch are encouraged to apply.

Additional Information

• Employment is full-time with an on-site work mode (100% onsite).
• Offered salary ranges from INR 300,000 to INR 600,000 annually.
