Role Overview

As a Customer Supply Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and optimizing the supply chain to ensure smooth procurement, timely delivery, and effective collaboration across functions. Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or similar fields.
• Minimum of six years in supply chain management demonstrating proven accomplishments.
• Strong leadership qualities and experience managing and motivating teams.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in supply chain management or related discipline.
• Experience working in a dynamic, multinational supply chain environment.
• Familiarity with supply chain management systems including ERP and data analytics tools.
• Professional certification like CSCP or CPIM is advantageous.
