Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Customer Success Manager to join our high-performing B2B sales team within the EMEA region. Candidates must be permanent residents of Ireland. The role offers a hybrid work model for employees near the Cork office and fully remote options for those farther away. This position focuses on nurturing existing client relationships, expanding revenue streams, and ensuring clients maximize their use of Keeper's cybersecurity solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate in an independent yet supportive environment with opportunities to grow alongside the company.
- Achieve or surpass sales quotas targeting SMB clients.
- Engage meaningfully with senior management and develop connections with C-level stakeholders.
- Lead contract negotiations, renewals, cross-selling, and upselling initiatives.
- Collaborate with clients on setting technical and business objectives through technical reviews and quarterly business evaluations.
- Maintain regular communications and build strong relationships to promote Keeper's solutions and resolve challenges.
- Advise customers on optimal security practices to prevent password-related breaches.
- Manage a portfolio of assigned customers proactively to deliver ongoing value throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Stay current on customer success trends and act as a trusted advisor on cybersecurity matters.
- Navigate organizational procurement procedures to effectively negotiate licensing agreements.
- Handle customer issues independently or with internal team support by applying deep technical understanding.
- Organize quarterly business reviews to update clients on vulnerabilities and new product features.
- Serve as a Keeper product specialist and occasionally assist sales and marketing efforts with your expertise.
- Encourage customer advocacy via references, referrals, and case studies.
- Conduct data-driven portfolio analyses to prioritize opportunities, risk management, and renewals to exceed sales goals.
- Contribute to refining Keeper’s customer success strategies and uphold high standards within the team.
- Demonstrate commitment by proactively supporting customers toward their success.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year experience in Account Management, SaaS Customer Success, or sales roles.
- Strong technical proficiency related to software integrations such as SSO and Directory services, implementation, onboarding, and support.
- Problem-solving drive with the ability to foresee and manage potential challenges.
- Experience engaging with enterprise clients including C-level, IT, and cybersecurity executives.
- High degree of autonomy, ownership, and commitment to helping customers attain value.
- Energetic, self-driven, team-oriented, and a creative problem solver.
- Quick learner with strong business application skills.
- Excellent multitasking with meticulous attention to detail and strong verbal and written communication abilities featuring tact and diplomacy.
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com.
- Undergraduate degree preferred (BA/BS).
- Experience in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) sector is advantageous.
