Key Responsibilities

• Manage communication with clients via WhatsApp, email, and telephone.
• Accurately interpret client needs and respond with empathy and clear messaging.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to facilitate project implementation.
• Keep comprehensive client records and monitor follow-up actions.
• Assist with basic content creation and design tasks using Canva.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent verbal and written English communication abilities.
• Confident demeanor with good presentation skills.
• Strong organizational aptitude and a keen eye for detail.
• Bonus: Familiarity with Google Sheets and basic data handling.
• Bonus: Prior knowledge or experience in the matchmaking sector is advantageous.
