Role Summary
We are expanding our Customer Success Engineering team and seek technically adept, business-oriented engineers ready to solve complex problems at scale. Collaborating closely with Customer Success Managers, you'll design, architect, and implement robust technical solutions—not just on a case-by-case basis but by establishing reusable frameworks that assist numerous enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Accelerate value delivery for customers by resolving issues from basic setup to complex architecture challenges, focusing on solutions that scale and prevent repeated problems.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to deeply understand customer business goals and transform them into practical, production-ready technical implementations.
- Create scalable technical assets such as guides, templates, scripts, and reference implementations to enable best practices.
- Participate in product feedback by documenting customer challenges and improvement opportunities to help shape the product roadmap.
- Devise innovative, pragmatic solutions including workarounds, scripts, and integrations when native functionality falls short.
Candidate Profile
- 6 to 8+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles involving hands-on problem solving and solution building (e.g., Customer Success Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Account Management).
- Strong foundational knowledge in Computer Science or Engineering, either formal degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and related ecosystems such as Node.js or TypeScript, or comparable modern scripting languages.
- In-depth understanding of APIs, developer workflows, and DevOps methodologies.
- Ability to analyze ambiguous challenges and quickly deliver actionable, effective technical solutions.
- Experience creating technical collateral that enhances scalability, including automation tools and code templates.
- Comfort engaging with diverse stakeholders from individual developers to enterprise architects.
- Fluency in Spanish is mandatory.
Familiarity with Postman itself and broader developer tools like GitHub, AWS, Azure, and CI/CD pipelines is highly desirable. Understanding real-world enterprise software development and deployment is critical.
Additional Information and Benefits
Postman emphasizes a pay-for-performance culture, flexible work schedules, and a supportive, collaborative team environment. Employees enjoy comprehensive benefits including full medical coverage, flexible paid time off, wellness reimbursements, monthly lunch stipends, and wellness programs for physical and mental health. Frequent team-building activities and a donation-matching program foster a connected and inclusive culture.
The London office requires full-time, in-office presence five days a week to promote effective collaboration and trust building that cannot be replicated virtually.
