Customer Success Agent

We are seeking a Customer Success Agent dedicated to offering our clients exceptional attention—going the extra mile to continuously delight them. You will collaborate with more than 400 clients and be supported by a growing team of at least 10 colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support.
• Maintain and nurture customer relationships.
• Contribute to the development of new features.
• Promote new functions to customers.

Candidate Expectations

• You possess relevant education at MBO+ or HBO level, preferably a BBL background.
• You have some prior experience interacting with customers as well as in ecommerce.

Rest of the on-the-job training and expertise will be provided by us—this is our specialty!
