As a Customer Services Technician based in the North East, Newcastle (postcode NE27 0QJ), you will perform various remedial trade tasks in both occupied and unoccupied properties. Your role will reflect the high standards of Miller Homes' customer service, effectively becoming the company’s representative in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute all assigned tasks conscientiously and safely in accordance with the company’s Safety, Health & Environment (SH&E) Management System.
• Communicate regularly with the Central Office Hub to provide updates on ongoing and completed jobs.
• Maintain a professional and tidy appearance, including appropriate footwear and protective equipment suitable for the task before entering occupied premises.
• Where possible, secure signed customer satisfaction or completion acknowledgments following remedial work.

Required Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in a similar position, preferably within another housebuilder company.
• Multi-skilled trades knowledge encompassing joinery, general laboring, bricklaying, plaster patching, painting, and decorating.
• Consistently deliver courteous, exemplary, and efficient customer service.
• Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships, coordinating with various departments to meet daily objectives.
