Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to resolve their issues and inquiries promptly.
• Establish and nurture positive relationships with customers to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
• Perform market research and analysis to recognize growth opportunities.
• Initiate cold calling efforts to acquire new leads and broaden the customer network.
• Support client interactions to deliver outstanding service and assistance.
• Work collaboratively within the team to elevate the overall customer experience.
• Utilize MS Excel for data handling and analysis to generate insightful reports.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must be available for a full-time, on-site internship based in Secunderabad or Hyderabad.
• Availability to commence the internship between August 18, 2026, and September 22, 2026.
• A commitment to continue the internship for a period of 6 months.
• Possess relevant skills and interests aligned with the role.
