Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Operate the Raffles Prestige WhatsApp channel, acting as the primary contact for members and responding promptly and courteously to queries related to the program and F&B reservations.
- Deliver customised concierge services to VIP members of Raffles Prestige, strengthening client relationships and enhancing brand prestige.
- Support the flawless execution of exclusive member events by managing guest registration, hosting activities, and coordinating with internal teams and brand partners.
- Proactively assist members by anticipating their needs and offering tailored recommendations for dining, shopping, and events.
- Oversee the customer service counter, demonstrating exceptional customer service abilities during daily tasks.
- Manage the Raffles City Lounge’s daily operations ensuring it is well-maintained, prepared, and provides a premium hospitality experience, including monitoring capacity, amenities, and service quality.
- Conduct mall roving duties across common areas and retail spaces to maintain upkeep and report maintenance issues or customer feedback to appropriate departments.
- Provide accurate information and assistance in response to public inquiries.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints efficiently.
- Perform paging and in-house announcements as per established guidelines.
- Respond to shopper queries at concierge counters and through official email channels promptly and accurately.
- Manage lost and found procedures.
- Assist with organizing and executing mall promotions and events.
- Promote CapitaStar Loyalty program and eCapitaVoucher to customers.
- Introduce and support CapitaLand’s digital customer service innovations such as eGift-With-Purchase and mobile applications.
- Inspect Mall Marketing Communication facilities during rounds.
- Educate retailers on accepting eCapitaVoucher payments and manage partners’ loyalty program redemptions.
- Perform administrative duties as required.
- Fulfill additional tasks assigned by supervisors or management.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Completion of GCE 'O' Levels or higher.
- Preferably 1 to 2 years' experience in a similar customer service role.
- Strong team player with a pleasant demeanor.
- High initiative and great attention to detail.
- Proficiency in local dialects is advantageous.
- Willingness to work 6-day rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays.
- Computer literate with good communication and interpersonal skills, customer-oriented attitude.
