About the Role
Join Hydraulink as a Customer Service Representative based at our Canning Vale branch. You will be the initial contact for customers, ensuring every interaction is positive, professional, and aimed at resolving issues effectively. Working closely with customers and internal teams, your duties will include processing orders and managing inquiries to support seamless operations.

Candidate Profile
- Experience in customer service, preferably within hydraulics, hose and fittings, or related industrial sectors such as automotive or engineering.
- Proficiency with computers and preferably experience using Pronto software.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- High attention to detail, capable of multitasking and staying organized in busy situations.
- A positive mindset and eagerness to learn continuously.
- Knowledge of hydraulics or hose and fittings is advantageous but not mandatory.
