Role Overview
The position of Customer Service Representative is a full-time, on-site role located in Lucknow. The person in this role will manage incoming and outgoing customer communications, address questions related to the company's services, bookings, and schedules, and clearly explain company policies and procedures. Daily responsibilities include resolving customer issues, maintaining detailed records of interactions, updating customer information, and coordinating with operations and dispatch to ensure timely, accurate service delivery. The representative will follow company standards, demonstrate professionalism and courtesy, and strive to enhance the customer experience through proactive engagement. On-site attendance and teamwork to support daily operations are required.
Required Qualifications
- Experience and skills in customer service and support, capable of effectively handling inquiries and resolving issues.
- Knowledge of customer experience and satisfaction principles, aiming to foster positive long-term customer relationships.
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles such as Customer Service Representative.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities, proficient in English with local languages as necessary.
- Ability to work on-site in Lucknow, manage time well, and multitask in a dynamic work environment.
- Basic proficiency with computers including email, spreadsheets, and customer relationship management systems.
- Professional, empathetic, and respectful interactions with customers and colleagues.
- Experience in logistics, transportation, or related fields is a plus but not mandatory.
