Job Description

Join Farm Boy to contribute to the welcoming and fresh atmosphere that defines our stores. In this role, you will ensure customers receive exceptional service while maintaining an attractive, well-organized department. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing warm, confident, and engaging customer interactions that embody Farm Boy's high standards for the fresh shopping experience.
• Greeting, welcoming, and supporting customers according to Farm Boy Service Standards while sharing your enthusiasm and product knowledge.
• Packaging, stocking, and rotating products on display counters and shelves with attention to quality presentation and signage accuracy.
• Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of work and storage areas by performing tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
• Adhering to corporate policies, especially those related to Health & Safety, Food Safety, and correct usage of equipment.
• Executing designated opening and closing procedures and providing support to team members as necessary.
• Assisting the team with additional duties as required periodically.

Qualifications

• A sincere passion for providing outstanding and engaging customer service.
• Retail experience is advantageous; however, a suitable combination of education and experience will also be considered.
• Ability to work independently, pay close attention to detail, and deliver high-quality outcomes while upholding cleanliness standards.
• Strong communication and organizational skills combined with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
• Capability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment involving multiple deadlines, extended standing, heavy lifting, and exposure to cooler, freezer, or outdoor conditions.
• Flexibility to accommodate variable work schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of French is considered a beneficial asset.
