About the Company

Prometric is a reputable test development and delivery firm partnered with over 300 organizations globally. It upholds the integrity of credentialing by enabling legitimate test-taking experiences and ensuring fairness for all participants.

Position Summary

The role involves working under the supervision of the Customer Service Supervisor to assist prospective test takers, clients, and partners regarding Paragon's assessments and related instructional resources.

Work Schedule

The employee is expected to work five 8-hour shifts within Monday through Sunday, between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm EST, including rotating weekend shifts.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Deliver responsive customer support to candidates through email, phone, and online chat channels.
  • Efficiently manage customer requests such as registration, transfer, and cancellation tasks.
  • Encourage usage and distribution of Paragon's examination and learning materials among prospective test takers and associated clients.
  • Improve procedures related to the implementation and delivery of tests and instructional content.
  • Contribute feedback on registration systems and reporting tools enhancements.
  • Monitor customer requests and suggest ways to enhance customer service quality.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum one year of prior experience in customer service roles.
  • Able to sensitively address queries from non-native English speakers.
  • Familiarity with business operations, office protocols, and their applications.
  • Proficient in business computer software including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access) and email communication.
  • Exemplary attention to detail with the ability to work collaboratively, maintain confidentiality, and manage deadlines under pressure.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills coupled with strong interpersonal, problem-solving, customer service, and organizational abilities.
  • Legal eligibility to work in Canada is mandatory.
  • Willingness to work weekend shifts on a rotational basis.

Remuneration

The position offers an annual base salary of 38000 CAD.
