This role serves as the initial contact for customers, focusing on providing exceptional service, handling orders, preparing quotations, and offering product support.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through various channels including phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
• Accurately process customer orders and prepare detailed quotations.
• Follow up on potential sales opportunities and offer product information and technical guidance.
• Develop and sustain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Coordinate with sales, production, and operations departments to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
• Address and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date customer records and administrative data.
