Overview
Metroll Perth, a reputable Australian manufacturer supplying quality building products for over 40 years, is seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join their team based in Kewdale, Western Australia. This role serves as the initial contact for customers, focusing on providing exceptional service, handling orders, preparing quotations, and offering product support.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through various channels including phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
- Accurately process customer orders and prepare detailed quotations.
- Follow up on potential sales opportunities and offer product information and technical guidance.
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Coordinate with sales, production, and operations departments to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
- Address and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date customer records and administrative data.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in customer service, internal sales, or administrative roles.
- Excellent communication abilities paired with strong relationship-building skills.
- High attention to detail with effective organizational capabilities.
- Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
