Role Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, your daily work will involve managing customer orders completely—processing, tracking, and ensuring all details are accurate. You will handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, maintain and update databases to ensure accurate information availability, and cultivate strong relationships with both clients and internal teams. Cross-departmental training is part of the role to broaden your contribution.
