About the Role

Keegan Adams Recruitment invites applications for a permanent, full-time Customer Service Representative position based in the Sydney CBD. This role focuses on supporting Australian clients with their payment-related account needs and general service enquiries, ensuring excellent service delivery within a dynamic payments company.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, responding to enquiries via phone, email, and internal platforms.
  • Address and resolve escalated administrative and technical concerns promptly.
  • Provide thorough information and guidance regarding the company’s payment products and services.
  • Handle account updates such as changes to bank details, addresses, and ownership information.
  • Coordinate client requests for additional payment terminals and feature enhancements.
  • Assist clients with new product applications and guide them through service usage.
  • Follow up with inactive clients to resolve issues hindering transaction initiation.
  • Manage cancellation requests thoughtfully, analyze reasons, and look for retention opportunities.
  • Maintain precise documentation of client interactions, transactions, complaints, and requests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate timely solutions and ensure consistent follow-ups.
  • Adhere to company standards for service and operational compliance, contributing to exceptional client experiences.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience in customer service, contact centres, banking, payments, or similar domains.
  • Strong communication skills for phone and email client interactions.
  • Calm, positive, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Capable of handling complaints and complex service inquiries effectively.
  • Keen attention to detail for processing account and client data accurately.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and complete commitments diligently.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality client service consistently.
  • Reliability and willingness to work onsite at the Sydney CBD office.

Additional Information

This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, based onsite in the Sydney CBD office. The remuneration package includes a salary approximately $70,000 per annum plus superannuation.
