Role Overview

This role extends beyond traditional call center duties. As a vital contact for Gallagher's New Zealand customers and reseller partners, you will assist with inquiries, order processing, pricing, and product knowledge. Collaboration is key; you will work alongside sales, logistics, technical support, and marketing teams to deliver exceptional customer service daily.

Key Responsibilities

• Responding to enquiries and processing orders from customers and reseller networks
• Providing detailed information on products, pricing, and services
• Addressing and resolving customer issues through coordination with internal departments
• Updating customers about order statuses and delivery schedules
• Maintaining precise customer records and documentation
• Fostering strong relationships with both customers and reseller partners
