About the Role
Join Hero Packaging, a leading sustainable packaging company based in Chatswood, NSW, and become an integral part of a fast-growing, purpose-driven business. As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the first contact point for customers and work closely with the Customer Service team in a full-time, onsite role. The position offers flexible start and finish times across five working days per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer communications promptly via email, phone, and social media messages.
- Generate quotes for customized packaging projects, catering to major Australian and global brands.
- Utilize Gorgias and Shopify platforms to track orders and address inquiries effectively.
- Perform administrative duties with precision and accuracy.
- Collaborate within the Customer Service team to ensure consistent and swift customer support.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of one year experience in a customer service position.
- A strong customer-first mindset exhibiting friendliness, empathy, and genuine care.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with impeccable attention to detail, including accurate spelling and grammar.
- Proficiency with customer support ticketing systems and related tools such as Gorgias, Shopify, Slack, and Google Drive.
- Ability to commute reliably to the Chatswood location five days a week.
- Legal authorization to work in Australia.
